My husband and I manage 7 rental properties in Central London (in Islington N1, Kings Cross N1 and Fleet Street EC4 near St Pauls) and we always use First Serve UK for our appliance repairs (for more than 7 years) as they always respond quickly and they are expert in their work and totally honest.  In the past we have dealt with Ismael and Abdul Azeez, and one other technician, and they were all excellent with their repairs. They have repaired 2 older Miele Washer/Dryers (Models WT2796 and WTD165), a Bosch Washing Machine (Model WAN28281GB) and also an older Hotpoint Washing Machine. The guys are so straightforward to deal with, no fuss or drama, they always show up when they say they will, and they always get the job done, quietly and neatly. If new parts are needed to complete the repair, they return once the parts are in stock and they finish the job.  One other major bonus is that if the same problem recurs within 6 months, they will return immediately and fix it again, without any additional charge.  This gives us great peace of mind.  I am 100% happy with their quality and speed of service and their pricing on all jobs is very fair.  That's why year after year, we always go back to First Serve UK for our repairs. He came out on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the leak from our integrated washing machine and fixed the loose outlet hose there and then. Really friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly.
