1. Based on the information you provided us with, we will quote you for a service call and diagnosis from a First Serve UK Engineer
2. If requested we can inform you of our earliest available appointment (this is normally same-day or next-day)

1. If we feel we can help, we'll email you confirming our earliest available appointment or advise you if we feel it would be uneconomical to repair your appliance
2. If you have requested a call we will call you back as soon as we can, although if we feel we may not be able to help you we might text a response.
3. If you indicate that you would like to go ahead with the quote, we'll send you a prepayment request email
4. Once the prepayment is received, we'll schedule an engineer for you and confirm everything via email.

This means that once on your premises the engineer will conduct a thorough assessment of the appliance, diagnose the fault and resolve the issue if possible.

If parts are required, any additional costs will be clearly explained and agreed in advance.

Yes. The callout charge is payable in advance.

This covers the engineer’s visit, diagnosis, and labour involved in assessing the appliance and, where possible, carrying out the repair.

Please note that the callout charge is non-refundable once the engineer arrives on site.

Once payment has been made, we’ll book an engineer at a mutually agreed date and time.

Unless otherwise stated, appointments are usually provided within a three-hour arrival window.

Yes, we provide a six-month workmanship guarantee on all repairs.

If we repair your appliance and the same fault reoccurs within six months, we’ll arrange a return visit to assess and resolve the issue in line with the guarantee terms.

This gives you added confidence that the repair has been carried out properly and with care.
