This means that once on your premises the engineer will conduct a thorough assessment of the appliance and resolve the issue if possible. Additional parts may be necessary in order to resolve the problem, If so, these parts must be purchased separately and will be fitted during an additional visit at no extra labour cost.
To clarify, there is no additional fee for labour, however, parts are charged separately if required and workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
